With a mutual passion for Buddhism, colour and design, artists Sue Foerster and Archie Maghsoudloo play with pigment, form and medium, expressing the energy with Buddhism.

We feel the time is right for us to share the Buddha.
Buddhism is the fourth largest religion in the world and it is growing.
Meditation and yoga harnesses the energy of the body, tame the mind, tame the passion.
To progress is to enlighten: to look within.
You are your own master, everything is on your shoulder
Those who sees the teachings also sees the Buddha and vice versa.
quotes from Buddha ...In order to gain everything you must first loose everything.
There is no knowledge without sacrifice.
Buddha was born 2500 years ago in India, son of a King and was called Suddharta Khatoma. His mother died 7 days after his birth. His father lavished the future King for 27 years, but this could not replace his absent Mother. Suddharta made four trips outside the Castle and discovered we all share the same fate of aging and sickness, and inevitably become a corpse, then spirituality.
With reincarnation in mind , Suddharta leaves the castle to become a Seeker and find the answer to Is Suffering endless? Is suffering at the wheel of death to rebirth? Is there any escape to suffering? He punnished his body for 6 years and lived on one grain of rice per day with admiring followers. Almost at the brink of death and still no answer to his burning question, a young woman presents The Seeker with rice pudding, a favourite dish from his childhood. He stops punnishing himself and eats. The followers leave. He continues on his spiritual path and becomes a student of 2 gurus, with still no answer.
He later discovers to progress you must experience Life in all it's forms, and that life is blissful and every minute is precious. Suffering is shared by everyone and it is our obligation to be happy. The Seeker looking within becomes enlightened with this revelation, and becomes a Spiritual Leader.
